Serves = 1 (Per 150g raw fish)

  • 1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp honey

  • Mix all ingredients together

  • Add marinade to fish, chicken or tofu and toss to coat

  • Allow to marinate for 10 mins

  • Grill, fry or steam fish, chicken or tofu until cooked
