Serves = 1 (Amount per 100g raw meat):
- ¼ tsp Dried chilli
- 2 twists, cracked Pepper
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together to form a smooth paste
Add beef to the marinade and allow to sit for 10 mins (up to 24 hours in the fridge). Cook meat over a medium hot grill
