Dr Kathryn is a physician-researcher and endocrinologist with a special interest in obesity and metabolic health. We talk about how she and her team at Neapen Hospital in Western Sydney try aim to improve access to high-quality care for individuals living with severe and complex obesity.

Dr Kathryn is Head of the Department of Endocrinology at Nepean Hospital and a Conjoint Senior Lecturer, Sydney Medical School at the University of Sydney. She is the Clinical Leader of Australia's first public obesity treatment service that provides medical care across the lifespan.

What is healthy eating?

Why is healthy eating important?
