- 8 florets of broccoli
- 5- 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon sweet corn, fresh kernels cut off the cob
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
