Serves = 1
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup reduced fat milk (cow’s milk or an alternative, water will also work)
1 red apple, grated
1 Tbs almonds (slivered, or roughly chopped)
½ cup frozen berries
Overnight oats to rival any good restaurant or buffet breakfast
In a small container add your rolled oats and milk and stir to combine. Cover and place in the fridge overnight
When ready to eat, mix in the grated apple
Either stir in, or serve berries and almonds over the top of your oats
