- Rinse and drain a can of chickpeas.
- Blend chickpeas in a food processor until smooth.
- Add oats and blend again until thoroughly combined
- Mix in lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary and any additional seasonings, then blend until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lined baking tray.
- Cut into cracker shapes.
- Bake at 180°C (fan-forced) for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then serve with your favourite dip or toppings! Try our French Onion, Moroccan Carrot, or Creamy White Bean dip!
