Yoghurt, Curry and Turmeric Marinade

Serves = 1 (marinade per 100g raw chicken)

  • 1 tbsp reduced fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • A crack of pepper

It’s this easy

  • In a bowl, mix together yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, lemon juice and pepper
  • Add chicken and mix until the chicken is well coated. Leave chicken to marinate for 10mins - 1 hour (place in fridge until you plan to cook the chicken).


  • Add a little dried or fresh chilli to add a bit more of a kick to this recipe.
  • This marinade would work well with a firm white fish such as whiting or ling.
