¼ cup unsalted mixed nuts & seeds (almonds, pepitas, walnuts etc - whatever is in the cupboard!)
2 tablespoon dried fruit (sultana, apricot, etc)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
