- 0.5 cups peanuts
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup pepitas
- 0.5 cup dried cranberries
- 0.5 cup sultanas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 180C
Mix cinnamon, mixed spice, honey and oil until well combined.
Add nuts and pepitas and toss until evenly coated in mixture
Spread nut mixture onto a lined baking tray, and place in the preheated oven
Cook for 20 mins, tossing frequently, until nuts are browned
Allow to cool and mix with cranberries and sultanas.
