1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix until well coated
3. Place chickpeas onto a lined baking tray, and bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway
4. Once cooked, allow to cool prior to serving
Tweaks
- Swap oregano for smoked paprika, cumin, or curry powder for a different flavour twist.
- Squeeze over some lemon juice or sprinkle with fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) after baking for a zesty kick.
- Use an air fryer instead of the oven — they’ll cook in about 20 minutes and still come out perfectly crisp.
