- 420g tin chickpeas, washed and drained
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Perfect as a side dish, snack or to sprinkle over a salad
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix until well coated
3. Place chickpeas onto a lined baking tray, and bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway
4. Once cooked, allow to cool prior to serving
