Serves = 6

  • 4 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (reduced fat)
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crush in a garlic crusher or remove ends and papery skin and chop finely
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, dill)
