- 4 tablespoons yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (reduced fat)
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crush in a garlic crusher or remove ends and papery skin and chop finely
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, dill)
