1 large cob corn

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

It’s this easy

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Carefully slice the corn: Using a sharp, sturdy knife, slice the corn into smaller pieces (about 1 inch thick, aiming for 6–8 pieces total).
  3. Toss the corn pieces in a large bowl with the paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the corn pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce – try with Guacamole for a Mexican themed dinner!

Tweaks

For an extra burst of flavour, add any of the following:

  • Lime juice
  • Chilli powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Coriander


You can buy pre-cut corn 'cobettes' for an easier alternative!

Or if you're more advanced with your knife skills, try carefully slicing down through the centre of the corn cob to halve it, then cut each half into 3–4 even strips to make corn 'ribs'!
