½ cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
3 tbsp frozen raspberries / strawberries / blueberries
1 tsp shredded fresh basil
1 square, chocolate
A refreshing summer snack or dessert
Crush raspberries and dark chocolate into small pieces
In a small, freezer proof bowl, mix together yogurt, berries, dark chocolate and basil
Transfer to freezer, allow to thicken in the freezer for 30 mins (you don’t want it to go hard). Enjoy straight out of the freezer.
