- 2 large carrots, diced
- 10g butter
- 1-2 tablespoons water

It’s this easy
- Cook carrots in microwave, steamer or in a pot of boiling water until soft.
- Drain and add to blender or food processor with water and butter and blend until smooth or mash with a fork or potato masher.
