½ cup reduced fat Greek yoghurt
3 strawberries
½ kiwi fruit
1 tbsp shredded coconut
½ serve NMNT gingerbread granola (or 2 tbsp muesli)
This works best with a clear bowl or cup, so that you can see all the different layers.
Prepare fruit by removing the skin from the kiwi fruit and chopping it into small pieces. Remove green stems from strawberries and cut into small pieces.
Place strawberries in the bottom of the bowl or cup that you are using, add 2Tbsp of Greek yoghurt and add 1 Tbsp of gingerbread granola. Layer another 2 Tbsp of Greek yogurt, and then add the kiwi fruit, repeat with another layer of Greek yogurt and then 1 Tbsp of gingerbread granola. Add a final layer of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
