1-2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (vanilla bean paste can also be used at a 1:1 ratio)
25g Honey
30g olive oil
A crunchy, nutty granola packed with oats, maple syrup, and roasted nuts, perfect for topping yogurt or enjoying with fresh fruit!
I eat my granola with goat’s plain full-fat yoghurt, sprinkle of chia seeds and shredded coconut and seasonal fruit. In summer I usually have it with mango, papaya, kiwi fruit, blueberries, and strawberries. Some enjoy sprinkling granola over yoghurt for a crunchy topping (that would be me!), while others prefer layering yogurt over granola to let it soak up some creaminess—serve it your way!
